Rikki came to Odds + Ends with a project that would connect her brand to her more feminine side and to the natural world around us. She made big leaps in her first two years of running a Wedding & Event Floral Design studio and so Rikki was ready to really hone in on her target bride to take things to the next level. We worked together to develop a brand strategy that would grow with her as her business expands.

With Rikki, she knew her brand had to be approachable to a stylish, timeless bride. We were committed to avoiding trendy colour palettes and instead drew inspiration from her floral design. She is connected to nature and to more organic textures and is not afraid of colour! The palette is reminiscent of spring blooms.

One of the things I love about customizing Squarespace websites is the challenge of making things layered and textural. We wanted the website to be a visual experience that is filled to the brim with Rikki’s sense of feminine style and her gorgeous portfolio. From the illustrations to the font pairings, there is something effortlessly pleasing about each visual element. Using specific images with a consistent colour palette throughout the site will help to connect with Rikki’s target audience.
